What You Can Expect
As a sex therapist and marriage and family therapist, I look forward to working with you individually, as a couple, and in any relational constellation of which you are a part. I particularly enjoy working with those exploring, discovering, and reclaiming their sexual selves, as well as relationship strengthening, gender orientation, diversity in sexual expression/kink/BDSM, sex work, and those who have experienced sexual trauma. I also enjoy working with people experiencing sexual health concerns, including pelvic floor pain, painful sex, erectile concerns, orgasmic difficulty, and areas of desire, arousal, eroticism, and sexual interest.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, compassionate, and rooted in Attachment, EMDR, and Polyvagal theory. I believe therapy should be collaborative as humans are unique and complex. How you learn and process is important information and I will gradually encourage you to expand your comfort zone.
