What You Can Expect

As a Sex Therapist and Marriage and Family Therapist, I look forward to working with you individually, as a couple, and any relational constellation you are a part of. I particularly enjoy working with those exploring, discovering, and reclaiming their sexual selves, as well as relationship strengthening, gender orientation, diversity in sexual expression/kink/BDSM, sex work, and those who have experienced sexual trauma. I also enjoy working with people experiencing sexual health concerns including pelvic floor pain, painful sex, erectile concerns, orgasmic difficulty, and areas of desire, arousal, eroticism, and sexual interest.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, compassionate, and rooted in Attachment and Polyvagal theory. I believe therapy should be collaborative as humans are unique and complex. I enjoy getting to know how you learn and process and will gradually encourage you to toe the line outside of your comfort zone.

My Story

I am a neurodivergent trauma survivor with a passion for people. I grew up spending time between a hippie mom and conservative grandparents, which allowed me to see how differently people experience the world. My previous jobs have included childcare and the service industry that equip me with the skills of creativity and adaptability. I received three Associates degrees at a city college in California while I explored my various interests. Then proceeded to Antioch University Seattle to obtain my Bachelors and Masters’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy, with specializations in sex therapy and sex education.

Interests

While I am not working you can find me adventuring in nature, reading a book, cooking or learning something new. My self-care includes yoga, cheesy murder mysteries, good wine, gardening, and loving on my pets.
