I am invested in your sense of safety. While we will move at your pace, I will also compassionately and intentionally challenge you to expand your comfort zone. 

I am excited to work with individuals and relationships of all structures. As a systemic therapist, I recognize that your individualized experience is impacted by a labyrinth of systems: family, workplace, culture, spirituality, etc. My job is to investigate the interaction of these forces and to learn from your unique expertise of your lived experience. 

By moving slowly and with curiosity, we can find answers in the most unexpected places. My Narrative approach utilizes laughter, gentleness, and compassion as we examine the stories that have dominated your life and choose how to rewrite your story moving forward. In addition to Narrative, I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Therapy into my practice and provide EMDR.
