Kyler Harrison

LMHCA, Sex Therapist (They/Them)
Provides In-person and Telehealth Sessions in Washington

Hi, I’m Kyler! I’m a queer, gender-fluid, and neurospicy therapist who works with people exploring sexuality, identity, relationships, and the stories they’ve inherited about who they’re supposed to be. At the heart of my work is this belief: there is nothing “too much,” “too weird,” or “too shameful” to bring into the room. Therapy with me is a place to explore the hard-to-say things with compassion, honesty, and courage, so you can move toward a life that feels more embodied, connected, pleasurable, and yours.

The clients I often (but not exclusively) work with are queer, gender-diverse, neurodivergent individuals and couples who are navigating identity, sexuality, emotional regulation, boundaries, and sexual trauma. In addition to this, I also work with men around masculinity, pornography and libido concerns, performance anxiety, and how coping mechanisms can play a role in your emotional and sexual life.

I am highly aware of religious and sexual shame, and how spiritual ruptures can shake up our sexuality, identity, relationships, and body. Lastly, I also have experience and enjoy supporting clients with and through OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use.

If you move forward with sessions, our work will be collaborative. I like to bring who I am into the room and show up with curiosity, a balance of warmth and directness, and a sprinkle of humor. My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered, values-driven, and relational. This means we’ll pay attention to your inner world, your relationships, your body, and the larger systems that have shaped you. Together we can help you develop a sense of authenticity through mindfulness, somatic awareness, self-compassion, and intuitive action. My goal is to help you build a relationship with yourself and others that feels more honest, kind, and alive.
