Bella Springer
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your values and lived experience. I work with individuals and relationships, with a focus on life changes, identity exploration, and how anxiety, burnout, stress, and depression shape our relationships with ourselves and others.
I support clients navigating many kinds of transitions, including premarital counseling, exploring shifts in relationship structures (such as moving from monogamy to polyamory, processing a break up or a new relationship beginning), career changes, relocations, and other major life adjustments. In my work with couples and relationships, I often draw from the Gottman Method and EFT, focusing on improving communication, managing conflict, and strengthening connection. My practice is an affirming space for gender and sexuality diversity, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
After working in health-tech on the East Coast, living abroad in Japan as an English teacher, and relocating to the Pacific Northwest to pursue my work as a therapist, I understand the emotional intensity that often accompanies major change. These experiences, along with my background in Public Health and Psychology, shape my passion for supporting clients through periods of transition, burnout, and reinvention across diverse identities and life experiences. If any of this resonates with you, I would be happy to explore how I can support you in your journey.
