Bella Springer
My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative, grounded in your values and lived experience. I work with individuals and relationships, with a focus on life transitions, identity exploration, and how anxiety, burnout, stress, and depression shape our relationships with ourselves and others. My practice is an affirming space for gender and sexuality diversity, and all walks of life are welcome.
In our early sessions, we’ll collaborate to clarify your goals and develop a plan that feels attuned, individualized, and non-judgmental as we explore what brought you here.
Having relocated across the country and lived abroad as an English educator in Japan, I understand the emotional intensity that often accompanies major change. These experiences, along with my background in Public Health and Psychology, inform my passion for supporting clients across diverse identities and life experiences through transitions, burnout, and periods of reinvention. If any of this resonates with you, it would be my honor to work with you.
