LMFTA, She/Her, Sex Therapist
Provides In-person and Telehealth Sessions in Washington

My role as a therapist is to help clients feel safe to shine light on the parts of themselves they’ve been told to hide. I bring an open, accepting, and non-judgmental presence to sessions, creating a collaborative space where clients feel safe exploring their inner worlds and comfortable expressing their needs. Guided by curiosity and compassion, I trust that clients are the experts on their own lives and offer tools to help clarify those needs and move toward a life that feels true to who they are.

Operating from a systemic lens, I support clients in challenging social and cultural narratives that pressure them to fit molds that don’t feel authentic. I am passionate about supporting women and people of all identities as they explore the impact of societal expectations, relational roles, and cultural messaging, helping them untangle external pressures from their own authentic wants, needs, and sense of self. I work with folks who have felt the weight of masculine socialization, erectile concerns, and the shame or pressure it can create, as well as LGBTQIA+ clients as they explore identity, gender, and sexuality. I support individuals who have experienced religious trauma as they navigate sexual shame, evolving views of themselves, and the process of deciding what beliefs, relationships, and ways of living feel most authentic to them. I also love working with relationships of all structures as they explore recurring patterns, navigate shifts in dynamics, deepen communication, and move toward relationships rooted in trust, openness, and connection. Together, we replace shame with understanding, fear with curiosity, and create space for healing and growth.
